We screen all customers to ensure they are not on any sanctions lists.
We conduct due diligence on suppliers, logistics providers, and other partners.
We ensure that all products and services are not sourced from sanctioned regions or entities.
We do not engage in transactions involving sanctioned countries or restricted territories.
3. Sanctions Screening
We use reliable screening tools and processes to check against global sanctions lists, including but not limited to:
- OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List
- UN Consolidated Sanctions List
- EU Consolidated List of Sanctions
- Any other applicable local or international sanctions lists
4. Prohibited Activities
We strictly prohibit any transactions, whether directly or indirectly, with:
- Individuals, entities, or vessels listed on any sanctions list.
- Countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade embargoes.

We continuously monitor our customers, transactions, and business partners to ensure ongoing compliance. We also review sanctions lists regularly and update our screening processes accordingly.
6. Reporting and Cooperation
If we identify a match or have reasonable grounds to suspect a sanctions violation, we will:
- Reject or terminate the transaction.
- Report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by law.
- Cooperate fully with regulatory authorities in any investigation.
